In the midst of Carinthia's beautiful mountain scenery, directly on the popular, turquoise-colored Lake Faak – in the Neu-Egg district, our modern, comfortable apartment building with six self-contained, upscale mid-range holiday apartments with balcony or terrace and lake view is located centrally and quietly. All apartments have their own entrance, a living room (with two pull-out couches), one or two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchenette and dining area, and are equipped with satellite flatscreen TV with teletext and radio, free Wi-Fi, and a safe – linen is provided once (no daily housekeeping)! The building also has a coin-operated washing machine and a tumble dryer.
A 21m wide, shallow sandy beach invites guests of this house only to an unforgettable swimming experience from May to October.
For children, there is a swing and a table tennis table.
A rowing boat is available free of charge. A 500 m² sunbathing lawn in front of the beach with free sun loungers and umbrellas offers a place of peace and relaxation for sun-seeking guests.
Each holiday apartment includes a free parking space directly at the house.
Shops are available in the village (Billa and Camping Arneitz). There is also a bakery, an ice cream parlor, and a stylish beach bar directly on the lake nearby.
A mobile baker visits the house directly in the morning during the high season.

General arrival information: From Germany via Salzburg on the A10 – or coming from Vienna or Italy on the A2 – to the Villach junction.
Continue on the A11 towards Slovenia until the first exit "St. Niklas" (Exit 3). Towards Faaker See (approx. 2 km). On the Seeuferstraße towards Egg am Faaker See. Drive through Egg, turn right after the "Strandbad Egg", turn right again after approx. 100m and drive to Seehaus.
