Ideal destination for families: in a quiet, very green area, in the middle of the Golf Club Paradiso del Garda golf course, equipped with extensive sports facilities and not far from Peschiera. A large swimming pool with pool bar completes the offer. The complex consists of four buildings, each with two floors, a mini market (online only with delivery service) for small purchases is also available. In addition, as a guest of the Residence Eden, you can use the facilities of the Parc Hotel (500 m away) - these include an indoor pool and WiFi access, as well as the hotel's garage (subject to availability), restaurants, a bar, the wellness and sports center. A free shuttle bus also takes you to Peschiera.
Peschiera is certainly the most characteristic place on Lake Garda, situated on the flat southern shore, surrounded by gentle meadows and forests. The town center consists of three built-up and inhabited islands located where Lake Garda flows into the Mincio. The best way to discover the city is to take a walk through the star-shaped old town, which extends over one of the islands and is towered over by the mighty fortress.
The following applies to the system:
- 173 housing units
- 4 buildings
- Reception, café, mini market and bar in the Parc Hotel
- WIFI at the Parc Hotel reception
- Car parking spaces
- Community outdoor pool 1100 square meters (open from the beginning of May to the end of September, depending on the weather), slide, pool bar, deck chairs, parasols
- Children's pool 500 sqm (open from the beginning of May to the end of September, depending on the weather), deck chairs, parasols
- Wellness in the Parc Hotel (for a fee)
- Washing machine and tumble dryer at Golf Residence, about 800m, to be paid on site
- 18-hole golf course (for a fee)
- Basketball 500 m from the hotel
- Wellness oasis 500 m from the hotel
- Fitness center 500 m from the hotel
- Beach volleyball 500 m from the hotel
