The newly built Zangerl holiday home features a 70 m² apartment on the upper floor with 2 double rooms made of Swiss pine (length 2.10 m) and a sofa bed.
In one of the double rooms, the beds can be separated.
The bathroom with natural light has a double sink, a large shower, and a hairdryer, with a separate toilet.
The eat-in kitchen with a traditional tiled stove and a cozy dining area is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee machine.
The spacious approx. 30m² veranda with its own sauna cabin is also included, as is a private garage space for one car and storage for skis or bicycles.
A barbecue area is available in the garden. Our newly built holiday home is located right in the center of Oetz.
Shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity, and the ski bus stop, approximately 50 meters away, allows for a car-free vacation.
The Acherkogelbahn cable car, also nearby, offers wonderful mountain and alpine hikes in the summer.
For children, there is much to discover in the Widiversum.
In winter, the Acherkogel beckons as the Hochoetz family ski area.
Included in summer: Summer Card – from your second day of vacation, explore the entire valley with one card! Included: Wi-Fi, private garage for one car, bed linen, towels, private sauna on the veranda, skis and bicycles can be stored in the lockable garage. Included in Summer: Free upgrade to the Summer Card – more fun, more adventure, more vacation!
