With a private pool and mountain views, this holiday home in La Azohía invites you to spend time together near the coast. The 254 m² house sleeps 12 across 2 floors, with the beach about 300 m away.
The fenced 24 m² outdoor pool is open all year. In the 440 m² fenced garden, you’ll find garden furniture, 5 sun loungers and a barbecue, as well as a covered porch. An outdoor table tennis table, basketball hoop and badminton rackets offer plenty of ways to play, and 2 bicycles are available for outings.
There are 6 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and 4 bathrooms. 2 bedrooms each have a king-size bed, while the other 4 each have 2 single beds. At least one double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen has what you need to prepare meals together, including a dishwasher to make tidying up easier. A fireplace, heating and cooling air conditioning, 2 satellite TVs and a washing machine add to the comforts of a longer stay.
La Azohía offers diving and sea fishing, as well as restaurants serving regional rice dishes and fresh fish. A restaurant is approximately 320 m away and a supermarket around 1.4 km away, both in a straight line. A marked trail of at least 10 km is about 400 m away.
There are 4 free on-site carport parking spaces. Up to 2 pets are welcome and consumption costs are included. The house is non-smoking and is not rented to youth groups.

Hemos pasado unas vacaciones en familia muy agradables. La casa está muy bien equipada y es muy cómoda y segura para los más pequeños. La localización es perfecta, con un paseo muy agradable y accesible a la playa y al paseo marítimo. Alejo y su mujer han sido encantadores. Seguro que repetiremos.
