If you are a fan of farm life, if you want to relax in a clear and quiet rural environment, then this holiday home is just for you. This beautiful country house is tastefully-furnished, very light, has a private swimming pool and has views of the waterfront and the mountain, where you can enjoy farm life at its best.

The house has 4 bedrooms, 250m² and a capacity for 8 people. Two of the rooms have a double bed, the other two have two separately single beds. Its well furnished kitchen, 2 living rooms and a dining room are perfect for family meetings. The nice terrace is the place to be especially during summer.


Finca Contés is located in Calonge. It has an exterior area which is perfect to relax, enjoy the sun and experience ultimate vacation vibes. Close to the picturesque fisher village Porto Petro and Porto Colom you can enjoy a great offer of restaurants, but also Golf, Yachting and nightlife is close in the area of Cala D'Or. Located in a charming neighborhood in a beautiful rural area it is perfect for families and small groups.


What to expect in this holiday home:

The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden, garden furniture, terrace, barbecue, iron, safe, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, balcony, private swimming pool, open-air parking the same building, 4 fans, 1 TV, tv satellite (Languages: Spanish, German), radio. In the gas independent kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.


What is in the villa?

Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are provided for guests. In the kitchen, there is a small set of basic spices and oil. Detergent, dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 garbage bags are also stored. If an article is no longer available, this article needs to be bought by yourself. In the toilets, there is hand soap and 1-2 toilet paper rolls for arrival. IMPORTANT!

According to government regulations, every guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. For some booking channels it is not charged. In this case, you will receive separate information about this payment. Also, be informed that the agency charges a refundable deposit. It is possible to reduce the deposit to 100€ per stay if the guest takes out insurance to cover any damage to the holiday home. All the details will be provided in the booking confirmation email.
