🛗 Located on the 2nd floor with lift of a quiet residence, this 94 m² flat has a bright, fully equipped kitchen 🍽️ (fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker) opening onto a dining area and access to a balcony.

🛋️ The lounge area, which is bright🌞 thanks to its large, unoverlooked bay windows, is equipped with a television 📺 with a dvd player. This space is equipped with a convertible sofa that opens to offer you a 160cm by 197cm mattress with a 22cm mattress, 🌛 to guarantee comfort for the nights of young and old alike.

🛏️La first bedroom has a double bed as well as a single bed.

🛏️La second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed as well as access to a shower room with 🚿 shower, toilet 🚽 and washbasin 🧼.

🛏️Les two bedrooms are equipped with quality French bedding.

🛁 A bathroom with bath and washing machine, as well as a separate toilet 🚽 complete the flat.


🍼 coming with a young child? The flat has a cot approved for children under 3 years old and weighing 15kg (bed linen not provided for the cot, can be booked as an optional extra for a fee).

House rule

🐕 Pets are accepted on request with a supplement of €30 per stay per pet. It is requested that pets are kept on a lead outside the accommodation.


🚭 This house is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chichas and any other smoking device is prohibited.

<🚭Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 additional cleaning costs.

<🚭A tolerance is required on the balcony. Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground or in the courtyard.


🛏️ Bed linen, towels and standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes a change of bed linen and general cleaning of the flat and bathrooms.


🧹 However, you are responsible for cleaning and tidying up the dishes, taking out the rubbish, emptying the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave, as well as tidying up inside the flat. If you do not wish to do this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the flat for 30 euros before your arrival. If you do not book this option in advance, and do not comply with these instructions, you will be charged a €60 cleaning fee


📝 After booking, you will be asked to sign a digital contract and provide proof of identity via the Yaago platform, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during the stay does not match that of the booking, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.


🔑 In the event of late arrival (after 8pm), the keys must be collected from an address other than that of the flat.
