Ideal for a stay with family, friends or colleagues, for a weekend, a holiday or work. With its 3 bedrooms and bathroom, the flat can accommodate up to 6 people.


It comprises
🛋️ a living/dining room area with 🍽️ an open-plan fitted kitchen (fridge/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, filter and Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster),

🛏️ one bedroom with two single beds

🛏️ two bedrooms with one double bed each,

🛁 one bathroom with bath and washing machine,

🚽 one separate toilet,


🛗 The flat is on the 1st floor with lift.


🅿️ The accommodation is located in the pedestrian zone of Colmar town centre. A pay-and-display parking zone is available nearby.

🅿️ The Montagne Verte public car park is a 3-minute walk from the flat. It offers 690 underground spaces (maximum height 2m, electric car charging possible).

🅿️Vous have the option of reserving private parking spaces within a 500m radius of the flat. These spaces are limited and subject to availability. Booking is compulsory. Rates start at €12 per night, per space.

🚲 You have the option of reserving a space in a secure bike room in a neighbouring building (200m away).

🍼 The flat has a cot as well as a high chair (This equipment is designed for children weighing no more than 15kg and aged under 3 years). Remember to take bed linen for the cot, the size of the mattress is 60x120cm or book the "baby bed linen" option at an additional cost.


🛏️Vous want to sleep in a double bed? Once you have made your reservation, you can book a "double bed" option at €30 per double bed, so that the 2 single beds become one double bed, with a double mattress and a double duvet.


House rules
🚭This is non-smoking accommodation. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chichas and any other smoking devices is prohibited.

🚭Smoking or using a smoking device will incur a penalty of €250 extra cleaning charge.


🐕 Pets are accepted on request (pets under 15kg and non-dangerous) with a supplement of €30 per stay per pet. It is requested that pets are kept on a lead outside the accommodation.


🧹Bed linen, towels and standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes a change of bed linen and general cleaning of the flat and bathrooms.

🧹 However, you are responsible for cleaning and tidying up the dishes, taking out the bins, emptying the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave, as well as tidying up inside the flat. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the flat for 30€ before your arrival. If you do not book this option in advance and do not comply with these instructions, you will be charged a €60 cleaning fee.


🧹 For stays of 8 nights or more, a full weekly cleaning with change of all linen is included in the price, with the exception of the kitchen and crockery. The day you would like the weekly cleaning to take place (excluding Sundays and public holidays) should be indicated in your yaago traveller area at least 48 hours in advance. It will be confirmed subject to availability. Weekly cleaning is free of charge. If you do not want this service, it can be cancelled but will not be reimbursed.

🧹 For stays of 7 nights or less, it is possible to book a "cleaning during your stay" option before your stay, always with the exception of the fitted kitchen and crockery with a supplement, on prior booking.


📝 After booking, you will be asked to sign a digital contract and provide proof of identity via the Yaago platform, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during your stay does not match that of the booking, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
