🏡 This flat has a bedroom with a double bed 🛏️ complemented by a desk area 💻, a large living area corner sofa 🛋️, and a fully equipped open kitchen 🍽️ (fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, classic Nespresso coffee machine). 🛁 The bathroom consists of a shower 🚿, double washbasin and whirlpool bath 👙. The toilet 🚽 is separate from the bathroom.


🫧 So that you can make the most of your stay, you will have bathrobes, slippers as well as Rituals toiletries on arrival.

🥂A bottle of crémant will be waiting for you in the fridge, and unbreakable flutes will be at your disposal if you wish to enjoy those bubbles in your whirlpool bath.

House rule

🐕 Pets are accepted on request (pets under 15kg and not dangerous) with a supplement of €30 per stay per pet. Pets must be kept on a lead outside the accommodation.


🚭 This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chichas and any other smoking devices is prohibited.

Smoking or using a smoking device will incur a penalty of €250 additional cleaning costs.



⛔ Parties are not permitted. You are asked during your stay to respect the neighbourhood.



🧹 Bed and bathroom linen and standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes a change of bed linen and general cleaning of the flat and bathrooms.

🧹 However, you are responsible for cleaning and tidying up the dishes, cleaning the barbecue, taking out the bins, emptying the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave, as well as tidying up inside the flat. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the flat for 50€ before your arrival. If you do not book this option in advance and do not comply with these instructions, you will be charged a €100 cleaning fee.


🧹 For stays of 8 nights or more, a full weekly cleaning with change of all linen is included in the price, with the exception of the kitchen and crockery. The day you would like the weekly cleaning to take place (excluding Sundays and public holidays) should be indicated in your yaago traveller area at least 48 hours in advance. It will be confirmed subject to availability. Weekly cleaning is free of charge. If you do not want this service, it can be cancelled but will not be refunded.

🧹 For stays of 7 nights or less, it is possible to book a "cleaning during your stay" option before your stay, always with the exception of the fitted kitchen and crockery with a supplement, on prior booking.


📝 After booking, you will be asked to sign a digital contract and provide proof of identity via the Yaago platform, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during your stay does not match that of the booking, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
