Prime location - only 100 m from the fine sandy beach. Cozy semi-detached house with luxurious furnishings on a 200 m² natural dune plot directly on the coastal forest on a private road. The beach house with its two halves is ideal for families with friends (2nd half of the house: DOS08001). The station of the Usedomer Bäderbahn is within walking distance and there is also a connection to the cycling and hiking network on Usedom. Idyllic routes lead you through lush greenery and the partly untouched nature of Usedom.

Die Lage vom Objekt ist fantastisch. Sie Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Leider ist das Haus sehr hellhörig und es mangelte an Geschirr (vor allem Gläser und Tassen). Ich würde trotzdem wiederkommen und empfehle es gern weiter.

Die Betten (im EG) benötigen dringend neue Matratzen. Wir liegen in einer sehr unangenehmen Kuhle . Die stacheligen Sträucher auf der Terrasse sind für Kleinkinder nicht schön, benötigen einen Rückschnitt. Ansonsten ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus in Top Lage ??
