Activities nearby: In Trassenheide, you'll find Europe's largest butterfly farm – a visit with the kids is worthwhile. Guided tours of the free-flight hall and the adjacent insect museum are offered. The trained staff will show you the special features of the farm, share interesting details, and point out things that would be hidden to the untrained eye. Just a short walk from there, you can discover the "upside-down house." A UBB (Useful German Railways) stop is nearby, allowing you to explore the island from Peenemünde to Świnoujście, so nothing stands in the way of exploring the many sights and activities. The Mediclin Dünenewald Clinic is just a short walk away, and guests will also find a Usedom bike rental station just 10 meters away.

10 M unter unserem Schlafzimmer war die Raucherinsel der danebenliegenden Kurklinik.Im Kurgelände ist Rauchverbot🤣🤣🤣.Ab gefühlt 5 Uhr war die Nachtruhe vorbei. Lärm und Zigarettengestank.

Das Haus ist nicht weit vom Strand. Man kann alles gut zu Fuß erreichen.
Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Bettdecke, Kissen bitte austauschen. Man sieht, dass es schon in Benutzung war.
Schön wäre es, wenn man nicht erst den Schlüssel holen und wieder hinbringen müsste.

Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Matratzen dürften auch mal erneuert werden.
Aber es ist sehr sauber und ein frischer Duft kommt einem beim betreten der Wohnung entgegen.
