Activities nearby: In Trassenheide, you'll find Europe's largest butterfly farm – a visit with the kids is worthwhile. Guided tours of the free-flight hall and the adjacent insect museum are offered. The trained staff will show you the special features of the farm, share interesting details, and point out things that would be hidden to the untrained eye. Just a short walk from there, you can discover the "upside-down house." A UBB (Useful German Railways) stop is nearby, allowing you to explore the island from Peenemünde to Świnoujście, so nothing stands in the way of exploring the many sights and activities. The Mediclin Dünenewald Clinic is just a short walk away, and guests will also find a Usedom bike rental station just 10 meters away.

Would suggest this place to anyone looking for value in Trassenheide. It's close to fun spots like the butterfly farm but still private enough for some peace.

Ik was niet zeker over parkeren, maar er bleek genoeg ruimte op het terrein te zijn. We hadden plek om als groep te ontspannen en alles voelde toegankelijk aan.
