Das Haus mit seinem gepflegten Garten, die Ausgestaltung und Ausstattung, alles sehr gepflegt und praktisch.
Sehr gutes Hausklima, beste Lage: schnell am Strand, an der schönen Promenade. Nähe der Sauna und Solebad, sehr empfehlenswert.
