Pretty apartment building with two comfortably furnished holiday apartments on the first floor in a sunny location just 850 m from the fine sandy beach.
The charming Baltic Sea resort of Zinnowitz is located in the north of the sunny island of Usedom and is one of the most beautiful seaside resorts alongside the 3 imperial spas.
The long beach stretches all the way to Poland and is ideal for long walks on the beach.
At the beginning of the 20th century, hotels and guest houses were built here in the well-known spa architecture, which together with the spacious promenade create a beautiful picture and invite you to stroll in the evening.
Highlights included: All consumption-dependent energy costs, bed linen and towels WiFi 1 bottle of sparkling wine on arrival as a welcome gift Activities nearby: The 315 m long pier on the beach in Zinnowitz is perfect for strolling, but also serves as a pier for excursion steamers.
At the end of the bridge there is a tourist highlight: the diving bell.

Gute Lage , topp Parkplatz. Schöne helle Wohnung.
Couch und Sessel sind schon sehr durchgesessen. Handtücher sind alt, gehen kaputt.
Super tolle Ferienwohnung.

Man hat alles, was man braucht, ruhig gelegen. Ein Wäscheständer für Handtücher wäre toll. Sonst gibt es nichts zu meckern.
