It is already nice at home to plan in a group of active holidays.
Bicycle tours on the mountain or along the Ziller, excursions to Mayrhofen and the Hintertux glacier, via Ferrata, climbing gardens or a visit to the Zillertal climbing center in Aschau.

Neue Küche und teilweise Bäder, Zimmeraufteilung
Allgemeiner Zustand, Schimmelflecken in einigen Zimmern, defekte Möbel, die nur notdürftig mit Klebeband repariert wurden, fehlende Fensterscheiben, fehlende Gläser, einige Matratzen durchgelegen

overall a nice stay,
the good: roomy house well divided, with the sleeping quarters upstairs, and the kitchen living area downstairs. the kitchen is actually well equipped and there is bonus fridge.
what can be improved: even though the beds are new the mattresses are all packed out and sleeping can be uncomfortable.

Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt.
Positiv: Das Haus ist geräumig und gut aufgeteilt, mit den Schlafräumen im Obergeschoss und dem Wohn- und Küchenbereich im Erdgeschoss. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und verfügt über einen zusätzlichen Kühlschrank.
Verbesserungswürdig: Obwohl die Betten neu sind, sind die Matratzen durchgelegen, sodass das Schlafen etwas unbequem sein kann.
