Our comfortably furnished apartment building is centrally located yet quiet in the village center on a side street – just a few steps from the ski bus stop, shops, restaurants, and ski and sports stores.
In our modern Tyrolean-style house, a small fitness area awaits you. The Widiversum, a family meeting point in summer, and the Hochoetz-Kühtai family ski area are easily accessible in 8 minutes via the Acherkogelbahn cable car. Included: Wi-Fi, parking, bed linen, towels, ski storage with ski boot dryer, free use of the fitness room Exclusive: Tourist tax, bread service, partner Aqua Dome – Längenfeld Thermal Spa – discounted admission tickets A deposit of EUR 100.00 must be paid in CASH upon arrival.
The deposit is usually refunded in cash upon departure after the accommodation has been inspected and no damages have been found.
No overcrowding in the apartments is possible.
Accommodation policy for children: Children aged 3 and older are welcome. Check In: 3:00 PM / Check Out: 10:00 AM Drive straight through Oetz on the main road, turn left before Cafe Heiner and continue straight.
