Our holiday flat is furnished in a rural-modern style. We offer 1 triple room with TV, 1 double room with TV and 1 single room. The cosy living area consists of kitchen, dining table, couch and TV.
You will find an electric cooker, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and a soda stream in our kitchen.
Our house is quietly located in the district Habichen and offers the opportunity to spend a relaxing holiday. The balcony invites you to enjoy. Beautiful hikes to the Pibuerger See or the Wellerbrücke start right outside the front door. The Acherkogel cable car is 2 km away and takes you up to 2000m in the Hochoetz alpine region. The AREA 47 is 5 km away and the Aqua Dome is 18 km away.

Included in winter: Ski storage room with boot dryer
Included: local tax, bread roll service & fresh eggs possible
You drive through the village of Oetz, after another 2 km you reach the district of Habichen. After Gasthof Perberschlager, turn left and then immediately right at the crossroads. Follow the road - after approx. 300m keep left (past the horse farm) and after the blue house (on the left) turn right. Your holiday destination is at the end of this road.
