Our house is quietly yet centrally located, just 100 m from the Gaislachkogelbahn cable car, sports shops, restaurants/bars, grocery stores, and a 10-minute walk from the town center.

Included: Wi-Fi, wellness area with infrared cabin, organic sauna, and Finnish sauna, relaxation room, tea/water bar, ski room with ski boot dryer, parking spaces.
When booking rooms (double/triple rooms), you will receive one underground parking space each.
If you book an apartment, you will receive free parking spaces.
As a "Bike Homes" partner, we meet the Ötztal Bike criteria, such as lockable bike storage, washing facilities for bikes and bike clothing, bike assembly stand and repair tools, as well as all local bike information and tips.
Exclusive: Local tax, bathrobe on request, vending machine.

Wir sind total zufrieden!
Es war sehr angenehme Aufenthalt, gute Ausgangspunkt zum wandern oder Seefeld besuchen. In der Nähe zum Bahnhof.
Leckeres Frühstück, vor allem saubere Zimmer und sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber.

Sehr freundlich, sehr zuvorkommend, toller Service. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und sauber, das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, es ist üppig und sehr lecker.
Tolle Saunalandschaft, schöner Bergblick vom Zimmer und von der Sauna.

Sehr gute Lage. Super freundliches Personal. Familiäre Atmosphäre. Die Zimmer waren super sauber und der Zimmerservice (cleaning) war aussergewöhnlich!
