This modern and comfortable holiday home for 4-people is in an area of 5000 sqm, together with another larger house for 11 people. With this other house, you will share the swimming pool and the nicely landscaped garden. The house has two bedrooms and a spacious living room with an open kitchen.
From the house, you can see the famous castle of Monbazillac where the delicious dessert wine is prepared. The centre of the historic town of Bergerac is 7 km away. The town is on the Dordogne river. To the east of Bergerac is the Pécharmant (15 km), a wine-growing area where a robust red wine comes from, while to the south is Montbazillac (10 km), where syrupy white wines are produced and dessert wines. In the surroundings, you can enjoy daily markets, good restaurants, sports activities, museums, etc.
It is an ideal spot for a holiday with a cosy vacation vibe.
The nearest Bergerac airport is just 3 km away.

House is spacious and cozy, Sharing the pool was chill, met some cool peeps, BBQ area is lit! Super close to the airport, which was a major win for travel plans, Definitely a great getaway with friends

The shared pool was nice, although it got a bit crowded at times, Still, we loved the overall ambiance and the friendly atmosphere, A cozy hideaway!

Het huis is over het algemeen niet schoon en is in minder goede staat van onderhoud. WiFi is erg traag en daarom niet geschikt voor deze tijd waarin je het boor veel dingen nodig hebt.
