Guests at the property
· The maximum capacity of the property is 8 people, including adults, children, and babies.

· The house can only accommodate the number of people indicated in the reservation, and there cannot be more people staying or visiting the property at the same time.


Check-in
· The minimum age for booking and check-in is 25 years old.

· It is mandatory for all guests to present a legal official identification document (ID card or passport) at check-in. No other documents will be accepted.


Key collection is at our office from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

- Option for key delivery at the accommodation. This must be requested 48 hours in advance of the check-in day.

Arrival and departure outside of hours
· Late arrival option from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM: Price €50 per reservation (payment upon arrival)

· Late arrival option from 9:00 PM to 12:00 AM: Price €100 per reservation (payment upon arrival)

· Option for check-in outside of hours with a security box at the office at no cost.


· Failure to show up on the check-in day will not result in a refund of the reservation.


· Mandatory payment of the tourist tax: Price €1 night/person +16 years old, maximum payment for 7 nights.


. Security deposit of 500 euros. This will be blocked on a bank card at the time of key collection.

If payment is made in cash, you must provide an IBAN number for the refund via bank transfer.

Cleaning
. The accommodation must be left properly tidy, with dishes clean and trash deposited in the street bins before check-out, otherwise, a fee of €100 will be charged from the security deposit.



Keys
· Loss of property keys: Price €100 per reservation, to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.

· Keys forgotten inside the property or in the main door lock, requiring a locksmith: Price according to locksmith rates, to be paid on-site by the technician.


Rules
· Guests agree to respect the property rules and, in particular, not to make noise at night between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.


· Parties or celebrations are not permitted on the property.

In case of complaints from neighbors or police calls, the deposit will not be refunded, and the tenant must leave the accommodation immediately.


· Pets are allowed. The cost is €6/day/pet. For reservations longer than 7 nights, the maximum cost per pet will be €42/reservation.


IMPORTANT
In properties where pets are accepted, their owners must ensure they clean up after their pets and remove urine stains. Otherwise, an additional cleaning fee of €100 will be deducted from the security deposit.


· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.


. Lighting candles or any other items that may cause a fire in the house is prohibited.


. Beach towels are not provided.


· The communal pool is subject to the rules of the community of owners where the house is located. Pool usage rules may vary depending on each situation.
