Guests at the property
- The maximum capacity of the property is 8 people, including adults, children and babies.


- The house can only accommodate the number of people indicated on the booking and no more people can stay or visit the property at the same time.



Check-in
- The minimum age for booking and check-in is 25 years.

- It is compulsory for all guests to present an official legal identity document (ID card or passport) at check-in. Other documents will not be accepted.



Key collection takes place at our office from 16h00 to 19h00

- Option of key collection at the accommodation. It must be requested 48h00 before the day of check-in.

*You should be aware that there may be a delay at the time of key handover, at the accommodation, for reasons beyond Vivalidays control.




- Late arrival and departure option from 19:00 to 21:00 : Price 50€ per booking (payment on arrival)


- Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00 : Price 100€ per booking (payment on arrival)


- Out of hours check-in option with safe deposit box in the office free of charge.



- No show on the day of check-in, no refund of the booking will be made.



- Payment of the tourist tax is obligatory: Price 1€ per night/person +16 years old and maximum payment for 7 nights.



Cleaning:. The house must be properly picked up, dishes cleaned and rubbish deposited in the street bins before check-out, otherwise a 100€ security deposit fee will be charged.




Beach towels are not provided.Keys:-



Loss of keys to the property: Price 100€ per booking to be paid on delivery of the new set of keys.


- Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the front door lock and need to be opened by a locksmith: the price will depend on the technician's rate and will be paid on-site to the technician.




Rules
- Guests agree to respect the rules of the property and especially not to make noise at night between 22:00 and 8:00 in the morning.



- No parties or celebrations are allowed in the property.

- If there are complaints from neighbours or the police are called, the deposit will not be refunded and the tenant must leave the accommodation at the same time.



- Pets are allowed, extra cost of 6€/pet/day. For stays of more than 7 nights the maximum price will be 42€/pet/booking.



- IMPORTANT:In the properties where pets are allowed, the owners of the pets must take care to pick up after them and clean up the urine. Otherwise an extra cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.




- No smoking in this accommodation.



- No lighting candles or any other type of object that could cause a fire in the property.



- Communal swimming pool subject to the rules of the community of owners where the house is located. The rules of use of the pool may vary depending on each situation.



- Vivalidays (Vivagestur SL) is not responsible for theft or robbery in the property or any loss during your stay.
