The renovated villa in Valcros (near La Londe les Maures) is located in a quiet residential area on a hill in the foothills of the Massif des Maures. From the detached house and the terraces you can enjoy a fantastic panoramic view of the entire bay of Hyeres with the Giens peninsula and the Ile de Porquerolles. The garden is shaded by two cork oaks and a patio cover, but also offers plenty of sunny spots depending on your taste and the time of year. The 12 x 6 metre pool is located in a slightly lower part of the garden. The house and garden are south-west facing, so you will always find a suitable spot with a good view. The house has an allocated parking space (further visitor parking spaces are also available), which is located at the end of a cul-de-sac. Access to the property is via several steps. The plots are arranged in such a way that you are undisturbed in the house and garden.
In the house there is a large living/dining room with an open-plan kitchen, from which you also have a good sea view. A few steps lead to the 3 bedrooms. One bathroom has a washbasin, shower and WC and a second bathroom has a washbasin and shower. There is also a separate WC. Two of the bedrooms face south and also have sea views. The third bedroom faces west. The apartment is ideal for six people (two double beds, one bunk bed), and there is also a sofa bed in the living room with two additional sleeping places. Bed linen and towels must be brought or can be rented on site for a fee.
The village is very conveniently located between Hyeres and St Tropez and offers many excursion possibilities in the near and far surroundings, both on the coast of the Riviera and in the picturesque hinterland of Provence.
