LAKE GARDA
Between the Alps and the Po Valley, around 65 metres above sea level, Lake Garda lies in the Trentino-Alto Adige region to the north, in Lombardy to the west and in Veneto to the east. The three provinces of Trentino (north), Verona (east) and Brescia (west) share the administration.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPERTY
The holiday flat (living space 75 m²) is suitable for 2-3 adults and 2-3 children, is located on the ground floor, in a quiet holiday complex with swimming pool and children's play park with table tennis and volleyball court.
Opening hours for the pool area: mid-MAY to mid-SEPTEMBER.
The holiday property consists of living room with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and washbasin, 2 wide covered terraces with dining and barbecue area and solarium area, private and completely fenced garden of approx. 580 m² with sun loungers, parasol and outdoor shower.
The flat is also furnished with great care - see under "TOTAL EQUIPMENT" - and is only a few minutes' walk from the centre of Colá. There you will find a supermarket, a bakery, the bank, the post office, a hairdressing salon and numerous restaurants. There is also a home service for pizzas.
There are many shopping opportunities and large outlet centres in the immediate vicinity, where you can find branded goods at bargain prices. The atmosphere is inviting, as the shops in the outlet centre are laid out like a small shopping street and not in a closed mall.
This holiday flat is located in the immediate vicinity of the well-known amusement parks Gardaland, Caneva Aquapark and Movieland, and the Colá Thermal Park.
The surrounding towns: Lazise, Garda, Bardolino, Peschiera, Sirmione, Valeggio + Verona offer natural beauty and interesting monuments.
