The house is in a complex that is guarded and maintained 24 hours a day. The walk to the sea, about 200m is through a botanical garden, swimming pool for the entire holiday complex, fitness room, billiard room, tennis courts also included. Private beach with relaxation area, about 150m away is a bar with free sunbeds and umbrellas, diving centre is also right next door.
The nearest town is about 5 minutes away by car with bars, restaurants, doctor, bakery, supermarkets. Directly in front of the complex is a supermarket for shopping.
