The "Immas Welt" holiday flat is located on the top floor of the timber and glass architect's house on a plot of approx. 2,400 square metres in the Utting-Holzhausen district and can be reached via an external staircase. Short distances lead to the lake with bathing area and sunbathing lawn, to the landing stage of the Ammersee shipping company and into the open countryside. Rooms and furnishings: Lots of ceiling height, glass, wooden and ceramic floors, combined with white and fresh colours, give the flat a loft character. It offers openness and spaciousness with an unobstructed view of the countryside. The flat consists of a living room, two separate double bedrooms, a lounger in the living area, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The sloping ceilings provide space for a walk-in wardrobe. The flat has its own guest car park. The furnishings in all rooms fulfil high standards of material quality, design, functionality and comfort. Modern entertainment electronics, contemporary kitchen technology, a desk/workstation in the bedroom, a washbasin, bath and shower with plenty of space and light in the bathroom and colourful accessories ... make "Immas Welt" the flat of your dreams. The 2 bedrooms each have a king-size bed, so 3 children could easily sleep in them. If there are more guests, we also have several mattresses that can be set up in the living area. The courtyard is available for you to use outside. You can relax there and have a barbecue. Immas Spa: As a guest you are welcome to the 120 square metre Day Spa, a day beauty farm for body care, cosmetic and water treatments. IMPORTANT: If you are travelling with a dog, please let us know the breed and sex of the dog and whether it is neutered or not when booking. Travelling is only possible with sociable dogs.
