VILLA DAPHNE The villa was rebuilt in 1998 on a steep slope from the core of an old village house according to the design of a tradition-conscious architect. Living space 80 square metres. From the terrace, which is paved with natural stone and mostly covered, there is an overwhelming view of the sea and the mainland. The pleasant ambience of the tastefully furnished house and the magical sunsets will certainly contribute to a holiday to remember. On the ground floor is the living room with an open fireplace made of natural stone and with sitting-height side panels. Behind this is the bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC and washing machine. Separated from the living area by a counter is a modern fitted kitchen. The first floor comprises two bedrooms, one of which is very spacious. Each room has access to a large balcony with sea views. A further bathroom with bath, large washbasin and WC can be reached from a small hallway. Below the covered terrace, a staircase leads to a sunny garden terrace with seating. It can be used by guests. The remaining half of the garden is used by the guests of Villa Symeon.
FURNISHINGS Living/dining room: Wall sofa with valuable upholstery, dining table with wicker armchairs, SAT-TV, fireplace. Kitchen: German brand fitted kitchen, equipped with modern electrical appliances, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer compartment and fresh food storage compartment. The long work counter serves as a room divider. The cooking zone includes the cooker with ceramic hob, oven trolley, extractor fan and integrated lighting. CLEANING The apartment is cleaned once a week and bed linen and towels are changed at the same time. Additional towels are available in a cupboard. The rubbish is disposed of by the guests in the container located at the entrance to the village. Firewood can be provided for a fee.
