This allows you to open up and enlarge the room. The bathroom is accessible in the flat via a small staircase half a floor higher, the flat is on two levels. The flat is ideal for 3 people. On the ground floor there is a bakery with breakfast and wifi.restaurant with wonderful food are direckt at the house. Ideal film festival flat The flat is not far from Charlottenburg Palace, Olymiastadion,Grunewald, 5 minutes from the exhibition halls ICC am Funkturm, 5 minutes to Ku-Damm, a few steps from Litzensee. The street where the flat is located is wide, planted with large trees and not very busy. It is part of the historic buildings around the castle. Unfortunately, the stucco was removed from our house in the 1950s, but the houses opposite still have very beautiful facades. Restaurant, bakery in the house, shops, hairdresser, theatre, massage, sauna, swimming pool and cafés nearby make you feel very comfortable. Bus and train are right outside the door. So you can reach all places in Berlin quickly and centrally without a car. The wide pavements and the cultural and culinary specialities provide a great atmosphere for strolling and relaxing in the city centre. The hustle and bustle of the big city is hardly to be felt here, rather a bustle that has been its own for decades with the well-known hearty Berlin snout in the genuine Berlin air.
