Detached house in a quiet location with a wonderful view of Lake Schwendi and the panorama of Alpstein and Churfirsten. The fen area around the Schwendisee became a nature reserve shortly after the house was built. This stopped building in the surrounding area, giving the house a unique stand-alone location.
In spring 2011 we generously renovated the interior and windows of the holiday home. All rooms have been freshly painted. The living area has been fitted with parquet flooring and new carpets have been laid in the sleeping area. The bathroom and toilet on the upper floor have been combined and a shower has been installed instead of the bathtub. In addition, a new and contemporary kitchen with dishwasher and glass ceramic cooker awaits you.
With unlimited internet access, we have expanded the communication possibilities in the house.
The four bedrooms each have two beds, four of which are new Hüsler Nest beds. A baby travel cot and a children's mattress are also available if required.
