Beautiful holiday home with private pool 1 km from various romantic sandy bays. The house is 300 km from the French border, from the motorway exit it is 4 km to the house.
The house has a large, well-kept garden, which is enclosed by a fence and hedge. You are all to yourself. The entrance to the property is closed by remote control. You can park your car on the enclosed property.
Furnishings:
The house can sleep up to 6 people in 4 bedrooms.
In 2 bedrooms we have air conditioning, for the other 2 there are mobile electric radiators in the storeroom.
It has a large shower room, WC. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with WC.
An open-plan kitchen, dining and living area.
Very well equipped kitchen with lots of crockery, cutlery, filter coffee machine, various cooking pots, frying pans, raclette oven, microwave, 4 ring gas hob, oven, dishwasher.
All windows are fitted with iron bars and mosquito screens.
The house has central heating, so even a winter holiday is pleasant.
You have a dishwasher, washing machine, flat screen satellite TV with all Swiss and German programmes, indoor fireplace.
In the large garden there is an ivy-covered pergola with a direct view of the private pool. Under the pergola is the garden fireplace. Here you can relax, dine and enjoy the view of the extensive, private garden and your own large pool (8 m x 4 m).
There are plenty of tables, chairs, sun loungers with cushions and parasols available.
In addition to the private pool, there is also an enclosed outdoor shower with hot water. A little further away you will find an outside WC.
Please note: in the months of July, August and September it is only possible to rent the house for 2 weeks.
Dogs: We do not accept dogs during the summer months. From September to June, a maximum of 2 medium-sized dogs or 1 large dog may accompany you.
What is included in the rental price:
Water, gas, explanations and care by our German-speaking manager, tourist tax, key service, pool maintenance twice a week in summer, otherwise once a week.
The obligatory tourist tax is already included in our prices.

The house is located in a single-family holiday home neighbourhood of Las Tres Calas. The street in front of the house is not a thoroughfare, only a street for residents.
Las Tres Calas is 4 km away from the fishing village E-43860 L'Ametlla de Mar. There you will find various shopping centres, doctor, pharmacy, souvenir shops, internet cafes, various restaurants with regional specialities.
There is a fish, vegetable and meat market every day. Clothes and shoe market twice a week.
Las Tres Calas is situated by the sea and there are various romantic, gently sloping sandy bays in the surrounding area. These are ideal for children and non-swimmers. There is free parking above every sandy bay.
Long sandy beaches can be found in Miami-Playa, which is 10 minutes by car from the house.
This lovingly furnished holiday home is located just 1 km from some of the best beaches on the Costa Dorada in a quiet residential area in the hilly inland. Beautiful, romantic coastal paths in the immediate vicinity. Deltebre (nature park with kilometres of partly wild sandy beaches), Portaventura, one of the largest leisure parks in Europe, wine region (Priorat/Terra Alta). Places worth seeing: Tortosa, Peniscola, Ampolla, Tarragona, Reus with Gaudi Centre, Horta de San Joan with Picasso Museum.
The proximity to the town of L'Ametlla de Mar, with its harbour on the Mediterranean, not only offers you the opportunity to enjoy the exquisite gastronomy of the region, but also the unique opportunity to take a guided catamaran tour to see tuna weighing up to 300 kg in the most important fish farm in Europe and even swim with them in summer.
