The kitchen, modern and fully equipped, is the dream of those who love to cook and share meals in company. Nothing is really missing here: fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, juicer, electric kettle, gas hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and a wide range of kitchen utensils. Every detail is designed to offer an uncompromising experience, where practicality is combined with refined design.

Going up the striking glass staircase, you enter the sleeping area, a haven of peace and comfort. The master bedroom, with its double bed and large wardrobe, is a little corner of paradise, enhanced by a window with a view of the lake. The second double bedroom, equally cosy, offers a pleasant view of the garden and has ample storage space for personal belongings. The main bathroom is elegant and functional, equipped with a double sink, a large glass shower, toilet and bidet. Each room is equipped with air conditioning and high quality mattresses with toppers, a feature that guarantees an even more comfortable and rejuvenating rest.

From the kitchen, a staircase leads to the lower floor, where there is a large tavern dedicated to games and relaxation. This space, designed for leisure time, is furnished with a dining table, a comfortable sofa and another flat-screen television, offering a perfect area for spending pleasant moments in company. Here there is also a second, fully-equipped eat-in kitchen, a second bathroom with a clear glass shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet, as well as a third double bedroom with a large wardrobe. This level adds further comfort and privacy, making the villa also ideal for groups of friends or families who wish to have separate spaces.

Already a week before arrival, a dedicated concierge will be on hand to answer any questions about the flat and the surrounding area. Upon check-in, guests will be greeted personally, without the need to collect keys from code boxes or travel unnecessary kilometres. The concierge will be available for the duration of the stay and will also be present on departure, to ensure that the experience has been perfect in every respect.

Check-in times are from 15:00 to 19:00, while for arrivals between 19:00 and 23:30 a surcharge of EUR 50.00 is required. Pets are welcome with an additional charge of EUR 5.00 per day. The property requires the payment of a security deposit of 200.00 euro, which can be paid in cash or by credit card and will be returned, in the absence of damages, within three working days.
