Cleaning:.

The house must be properly picked up, the dishes clean and the rubbish deposited in the street containers before check-out, otherwise, a fee of 100€ will be charged for the guarantee deposit.IMPORTANT: In the properties that accept pets, the owners of the same, have to take care to pick up the eses and clean the urine.

Otherwise an extra cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.beach towels are not provided.keys:- Loss of keys to the property: Price 100 euros per booking to be paid on delivery of the new set of keys. - Forgotten keys inside the property or inside the front door lock and need to be opened by a locksmith: Price according to locksmith rate, to be paid on site to the technician.
