People at the property:

· The apartment is rented complete for the exclusive use of the guests.

· The maximum capacity of the property is the number of people indicated in the property details, including adults and children.

· The property can only accommodate the number of people indicated in the reservation, and there cannot be more people staying/visiting the property at the same time.


Check-in
· The minimum age for booking and check-in is 18 years old.

· It is mandatory for all guests to present a legal official identification document (ID card or passport) upon check-in. No other documents will be accepted.


. Key collection takes place at our office from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM

- Option for key delivery at the accommodation. This must be requested 48 hours in advance of the check-in date. Cost for direct entry: 20 euros*Please note that there may be a delay in key delivery at the accommodation due to reasons beyond Vivalidays' control.


- Arrival outside office hours:

. Late arrival option from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM: Price 50€ per booking (payment upon arrival)

. Late arrival option from 9:00 PM to 12:00 AM: Price 100€ per booking (payment upon arrival)

. Option for check-in outside office hours with a safe box at the office free of charge.


. Failure to appear on the check-in day will result in no refund of the reservation.


Payment of the tourist tax is mandatory: Price €1 per night/person +16 years old, maximum payment for 7 nights.


. Security deposit of 300 euros. This will be blocked on a bank card at the time of key collection.

If payment is made in cash, you must provide an IBAN number for refund via bank transfer.


. Cleaning
. The accommodation must be left properly tidy, with dishes washed and trash deposited in the street bins before check-out. Otherwise, a fee of €100 will be charged from the security deposit.


IMPORTANT: In properties where pets are allowed, their owners must ensure they pick up feces and clean up urine. Otherwise, an extra cleaning fee of €100 will be deducted from the security deposit.


Keys
· Loss of property keys: Price €100 per booking, payable upon delivery of the new set of keys.

· Keys forgotten inside the property or in the main door lock, requiring locksmith intervention: Price according to locksmith rates, to be paid on-site to the technician.


- No refund or financial compensation will be made under any circumstances for your reservation. Any issues must be reported immediately to allow for processing as soon as possible.


Rules
· Guests agree to respect the property rules and, in particular, to avoid making noise at night between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.


· No parties or celebrations are allowed in the property.

In case of receiving complaints from neighbors or a police call, the deposit will not be refunded, and the tenant must leave the accommodation immediately.


· Pets are allowed.

The cost is €6/day/pet. For reservations longer than 7 nights, the maximum cost per pet will be €42/reservation.


IMPORTANT
In properties where pets are allowed, their owners must ensure they pick up feces and clean up urine. Otherwise, an extra cleaning fee of €100 will be deducted from the security deposit.


· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.


. It is prohibited to light candles or any other objects that could cause a fire in the dwelling.


. Beach towels are not provided.
