HUTB-013770 LARGE PRIVATE POOL WITH GARDEN, BARBECUE, OUTDOOR KITCHEN AND DINING AREA. 10 BEDROOMS ACCOMMODATING UP TO 20 PEOPLE. · Perfect house for a large family vacation or for several families wanting to enjoy their holidays together. · The house is located in the residential area of Sant Genís de Palafolls, close to the beaches of the Costa Brava (Blanes, Lloret, Tossa de Mar) and the Costa de Barcelona (Malgrat de Mar, Santa Susanna, Calella). · The property features a 1,300m² garden with a large 10m x 5m saltwater pool, chlorine-free, maintained year-round.
Sun loungers are provided for sunbathing and relaxing. The garden maintenance person resides in an adjacent house on the same property. · Adjacent to the pool, there is a 80m² kitchen and a large dining area for communal outdoor meals. · The property is equipped with a charcoal barbecue for grilling delicious meats. · There is a bathroom with a shower next to the pool. · Casa Genis is divided into three large, independent dwellings. · Ascending the exterior staircase (see photo) provides access to the 3 dwellings. Great house, lots of space! The pool is awesome! Has some issues with the fuse going when we wanted to use the upstairs kitchen but the overall really happy with the house, would love to come back!
