Sunbeds for sunbathing and relaxing. The garden maintenance person is housed in an annex house on the same grounds - next to the pool there is a new kitchen (new in 2019) and a large dining room of 80m² for al fresco dining. - The property has a charcoal barbecue for grilling meat. - There is a bathroom with shower by the pool - Inside the house there are three large independent houses, with 10 bedrooms and capacity for up to 20 people*- Going up the external staircase (see photo) you can access the 3 houses.

Two flats are located on the first floor and one flat is located on the first floor. - The first house has 4 bedrooms for up to 8 people. 1 bedroom with double bed, 2 bedrooms with single beds and 1 bedroom with bunk beds.

There are duvets and fans. - A car is necessary because the house is located in an urbanization and there is no public transport. - There is free outdoor parking inside or outside on the street in front of the property. - The house is located close to the C-32 motorway and well communicated by road.

Only 45 minutes from the city of Barcelona by car and 30 minutes from Girona by car - Only 20 minutes by car from the beaches of the towns of Blanes and Malgrat de Mar. - 10 minutes by car to the shops, outlet shops, restaurants and supermarkets in the town of Palafolls - The 2 airports close to the house are Girona-Costa Brava airport (30 minutes by car) and Barcelona-El Prat airport (1 hour by car)....

Use of the Barbecue:The use of the barbecue may be limited or prohibited according to municipal ordinances, especially during the summer months, due to the risk of fire, come and enjoy your holidays! - Vivalidays (Vivagestur SL) cannot be held responsible for theft or burglary of the property or any loss during your stay.

Guests must respect the rules of the property and, in particular, do not make noise at night so as not to disturb the neighbours.

The house must be properly picked up, the dishes clean and the rubbish deposited in the street containers before check-out, otherwise, a fee of 100 € will be charged from the security deposit.IMPORTANT:In properties that accept pets, pet owners must take care to pick up the eses and clean the urine.

Otherwise an extra cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.beach towels are not provided.keys:- Loss of keys to the property: Price 100 euros per booking to be paid on delivery of the new set of keys. - Forgotten keys inside the property or inside the front door lock and need to be opened by a locksmith: the price will depend on the technician's rate and will be paid on site to the technician.
