This fantastic villa is located RIGHT BY THE SEA in a prime location.

The house also has a smoke detector, 1 fire blanket in the kitchen, and 2 fire extinguishers.
For stays longer than 2 months, the alarm can also be activated upon request. During the winter, you can enjoy the wood-burning fireplace with a glass door. IMPORTANT: Groups of young people under 30 years of age are not allowed, unless accompanied by an older adult.
