Das Haus ist mit seiner Grundfläche die Ferienwohnung und ist ausreichend groß und komplett eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Neben dem Grundstück befindet sich ein kostenloser Parkplatz für das Fahrzeug.
Der Weg in die Stadt und zum Hafen ist fußläufig, da nicht direkt, hinunter und zurück entsprechend hinauf etwas mühselig.
Stilvolle Wohnung mit schönem Gartenblick aus allen Fenstern.
