Our very well-maintained vacation apartment *** is located on the 5th floor (elevator) of an apartment building directly on the Flensburg Fjord.
It offers ample space for 2 people on 45 sqm with 2 combined living/bedrooms, a beautiful bathroom (shower/WC), and a separate fitted kitchen.
From both rooms and the loggia, you can enjoy a wonderful, unobstructed view of the inner Flensburg Fjord towards Denmark.
Swimming and surfing opportunities at the house.
The spa and FKK (nudist) beach are only a 5-minute bike ride away.
Beautiful hiking trails in the nature reserve and the nearby forest begin directly in front of the door of the house "Am Leuchtturm 2" Apt. 65. This non-smoking apartment is senior-friendly, please no pets. Right from the house, you can hike around the entire peninsula, first along the shore path past the swimming jetty, around the lighthouse, and always directly along the fjord with a view towards Denmark, past the Noor and the pumping station over the cliff coast (Kliff). Following the signposted path, you will pass the salt marshes and the sailor's grave and reach the northernmost tip. Many rare plants thrive in the Holnis nature reserve, and about 130 bird species have been observed here, about 65 of which are breeding birds.
Along the hiking trails, you will find many information boards with explanations.
From the tip, the path continues along the outer fjord to the spa and bathing beach, which is considered the most beautiful on the Flensburg Fjord.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und hat eine super Ausstattung. Es war absolut alles da, was man braucht.
Der Ausblick vom Zimmer und Balkon ist fantastisch. (Dafür nimmt man gerne 5 Etagen in Kauf.)

Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung und der Umgebung waren bemerkenswert. Die Ausstattung ist völlig ausreichend und es fehlte an Nichts. Die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit waren genauso wie ich es mir gewünscht hatte. Die Bushaltestelle ist ganz in der Nähe und natürlich die Aussicht ist großartig. In der Abendsonne sitzen und den Sonnenuntergang genießen, da baumelt sich die Seele schwindelig.
Ich persönlich hätte gerne eine Fliegengitter am Schlafzimmerfenster gehabt.
