La Casa del Puerto, private pool and stunning sea views

La Casa del Puerto is a holiday home located in the marina of Puerto Calero. The most exclusive residential area of Lanzarote. The house is very spacious and offers a large terrace with barbecue area and swimming pool with stunning views of the Atlantic and Fuerteventura. We have a stable WiFi connection reaching up to 30 Mbps ideal for working from home. The pool will receive a weekly visit from the maintenance team.



This house has three bedrooms, the master bedroom with double bed and ceiling fan, another with two single beds and the third with a single bed. Two bathrooms equipped with hairdryer and toiletries (gel/shampoo and moisturiser dispenser) A living room with sea views, comfortable sofas and dining table. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. The terrace is fully furnished.




Puerto Calero is one of the best areas to live on the island, local atmosphere well matched with residents and visitors from the rest of Europe, offers tranquility and a very good gastronomic offer in a select atmosphere between yachts.



WELCOME
We ask for your arrival details so that we can organise your check in. Whenever possible, we welcome our guests at the front door. There we complete a short check in form, give you a welcome pack (water, milk, packets of coffee and tea, biscuits, crackers, ½ bottle of Lanzarote wine and cleaning kit) together with a welcome letter with personal recommendations of the island together with useful information and telephone numbers. We are available whenever you need us to answer any questions you may have and we are at your disposal 24 hours a day for anything you may need. Check in from 15.00h / Check out until 11.00h



CLEANING FIXED COST
The house comes with fresh clean sheets, fresh bath towels, beach towels and kitchen towels. In the bathroom: hand soap dispenser, moisturising cream and shampoo/gel dispenser. In addition we leave an extra set of towels and bath sheets. This cleaning service has a fixed charge which is shown on the booking, but if you would like additional cleaning services during your stay, please contact us for more information/prices.



CAR RENTAL
I recommend you hire a rental car before coming to Lanzarote as there is a lot of demand. We work with a solid company on the island, for your booked dates I can arrange and reserve your car with special conditions, taxes included, free cancellation, no deposit required, full insurance, no fuel charge, unlimited kilometres and a second driver included.
