The house is located in Calle Aralar, just 700 metres from the beach Las Fuentes and the marina, an area with bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours....




The swimming pool is shared between the 8 houses in the urbanisation, and is usually very quiet and uncrowded during the whole season.









The house, divided into 2 levels (120 square metres), has WIFI and private garage, as well as a beautiful and spacious terrace with very pleasant views.





On the lower floor, there is the first bathroom with shower.




Next, a separate kitchen, with ceramic hob, equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/cooking utensils, coffee maker and toaster.



And then a spacious and cosy living-dining room, with a comfortable sofa, as well as a television and a dining table.



Through the living room we go out to the terrace, spacious and perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner with the family, as well as to rest or read a book on the hanging swing. The orientation of the terrace makes it a cool space most of the day. The sun only shines in the early hours of the morning , having an umbrella to cover it if you want .




On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom, with a double bed, has its own balcony, as does the second bedroom, with two single beds.
