This modern and bright loft of 170 m² combines a careful decoration with all the comforts for an unforgettable holiday. Located in a rural irrigated area in the Guadalhorce Valley, among avocado groves, it offers a peaceful and natural environment, less than half an hour's drive from Malaga, Marbella, Fuengirola, Ronda and other towns in the province. Ideal for families or groups of friends, it has a living-dining room and an open plan kitchen with central island fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher and more. The master double bedroom is located on the ground floor, while the mezzanines offer beds for 4 additional people. There is also a large bathroom with double shower and separate toilet.



The loft is air-conditioned and heated by a heat pump or pellet cooker, guaranteeing comfort all year round. Outside, you can relax in the well-tended garden with furniture, enjoy the private swimming pool and prepare delicious barbecues on the terrace. For your convenience, there is also outdoor parking for 4 vehicles, internet access and television with channels in several languages (Spanish, German, Dutch, French).
