Das 1998 neu erbaute Haus Untermoa liegt äußerst ruhig, aber dennoch nur einen Steinwurf von den Bergbahnen und diversen Wanderungstartpunkten bzw. Loipen entfernt.
Parkplätze befinden sich direkt vor dem Haus, aber zur Bushaltestelle "Großdorf" sind es nur 200m.
Im Haus gibt es einen Ski-Raum und einen Skischuh-Trockner.
Der örtliche Bäcker bringt täglich frisches Brot (Bestellung am Vorabend)
Preis inklusive Parkplatz, Benützung Ski-Raum und Skischuh-Trockner, Bettwäsche und Handtücher.
Brötchenservice Verrechnung nach tatsächlicher Bestellung.

Vom Hauptort "Kals-Ködnitz" weiter Richtung "Großdorf".
Direkt nach der Brücke über den Kalserbach biegen Sie rechts ab auf die kleine, steile Straße - sie führt direkt auf unser Haus zu (an der ersten Kreuzung geradeaus die Hauszufahrt hinauf)
