Appartement au rez de chaussée de la maison du propriétaire, neuf, spacieux et confortable. Proximité de la mer et du centre commercial pour les courses, accessibles à pied. Cette localisation permet de limiter l'utilisation de la voiture. Le seul inconvénient c'est la piscine à partager avec 4 autres locataires.
