You can enjoy your lunches on the terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside. A staircase connects the panoramic terrace with the garden below. Two of the four rooms are connected to each other.
2 km away, the small town of Lavardac awaits with local stores and a weekly market. From Lavardac it is 6 km to Nérac and 30 to Agen, and the is halfway between Bordeaux and Toulouse. The nearby Forêt des Landes invites excursions along its many forest trails, or take a bike ride along the Canal du Midi. Wine lovers should visit the Caves de Buzet, ten minutes away.

Mooi huis met een unieke ligging op een heuvel, waardoor je vanaf het terras een geweldig uitzicht hebt op de omgeving. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar met een echt “truffelhondje”. Hierdoor kwamen we nog meer in Franse sferen.
