The beautiful natural beach is easily accessible from the house. A new cycle and hiking path, in memory of Ernst-Ludwig Kirchner, runs along the cliff path from Staberdorf to Klausdorf.
In 2016, a new cycle and hiking path was completed from Staberdorf to Südstrand directly along the Baltic Sea. Apartment Details Size: 55 m² Equipment: Living room with TV and integrated kitchenette, 2 separate bedrooms, one of which has two single beds measuring 80x200 cm, shower room with toilet, a storage room, and a south-facing terrace with garden furniture. Extras: Cot and high chair, fenced property, lockable storage for sports equipment and bicycles, parking space directly in front of the house, roll service. Das Haus ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und es war auch sehr kalt wenn man nicht durchgehend geheizt hat. Die Kosten für die Stromheizung wurden extra berechnet
