The terrace and private outdoor pool make it easy to spend time together outside at this holiday home in Maçanet de la Selva. The fenced 600 m² garden has garden furniture and 4 sun loungers, and there is a barbecue for relaxed meals. The 25 m² pool is open from April until the end of October. The home also offers mountain views.
Spread over one level, the 100 m² house sleeps up to 6 guests. It has 3 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen and a living and dining room. The kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher. Wi-Fi, satellite TV, air conditioning, central heating and a washing machine add to the practical comforts. A cot and high chair are also provided.
The beach is 12 km away. A marked trail of at least 10 km is 2.8 km away, and a supermarket is approximately 2.9 km from the house as the crow flies.
There is free parking for 2 cars on the property, reached by a ramp from the street to the driveway. Up to 2 pets are allowed. The house is non-smoking and is not rented to youth groups.

Hemos pasado unos días espectaculares,sitio tranquilo, perfecto para desconectar,aire acondicionado en todas las estancias de la casa,cocina muy bien equipada,no falta detalle,hay lavavajillas y lavadora.
Comedor amplio,dos lavabos con ducha.
Hemos disfrutado muchísimo de la barbacoa y sobretodo de la piscina!
Sin lugar a dudas volveremos a repetir.
Por poner un pero....las almohadas,que eran redondas y nada cómodas,por suerte llevábamos las nuestras🤗

Debería actualizarse, no se ajusta a la realidad. No es para 8 personas. Casa pequeña y con muchos trastos. Es muy, muy húmeda. Falta de mantenimiento en general y limpieza en la cocina. Agua no potable. La televisión no tiene canales.
