Private: property 1'800 m2 (fenced) with trees, natural garden, swimming pool fenced (8 x 4 m, depth 90 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 5 km, bus stop 3 km, railway station "Saint Raphael Valescure" 26 km, sandy beach "Saint Raphaël" 23 km. Golf course (18 hole) 8 km. Nearby attractions: Golf Terres Blanches, Gorges du Verdon. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de Saint Cassien, Lac de Sainte Croix. Hiking paths: Gorges du Blavet, Les Adrets de l'Esterel. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
