This lovely apartment is situated in Kitzbuhel, near the Kitzbühel - Kirchberg ski area. Ideal for a family, there are 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 5 guests. This stay has a furnished balcony that offers amazing views of the surroundings.
The apartment is centrally located and is only 300 m from the town centre. If you run out of your essentials, the nearest supermarket is 400 m. Take a refreshing dip in the public swimming pool just 600 m away. The ski bus is 1000 m from the stay. For a pleasant day out, the lake lies 2 km away.
A furnished garden is accessible if you wish to have outdoor afternoon tea or stretch out in the sun. A kitchen with dining table, toaster, cooker, oven and dishwasher is in place for you to use. Parking is available.
Check in begins from 3-6 PM and check out is from 8-10 AM.
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately

Schöne Wohnung, für meinen Geschmack etwas zu viel Dekoration.
Viel Platz. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Waschmaschine vorhanden.
- Anbieter: Fa Belvilla, Abwicklung über Belvilla + Fa Holidu. Vor Ort: Fa. Alpenrein. Insgesamt zu viele Mails für die Abwicklung.
- Wohnung bei Ankunft nicht geputzt, keine Handtücher + Geschirrtücher vorhanden, Betten nicht bezogen.
- Alpenrein angerufen, nur AB erreicht. Bei der Buchung leider n...

Das Haus ist gut zum Dorf und zu den Aufzügen gelegen und sehr ruhig. Sanitär muss ersetzt werden und ist nicht hygienisch. Die Betten im Wohnzimmer und 1 Schlafzimmer nicht sehr bequem (Schlafsofas). Alles etwas chaotisch. Zusätzlich zur Miete noch 200! Euro für Endreinigung, Kurtaxe und Bettwäsche (4 Pers.) sind zu zahlen

Huis is goed gelegen tov dorp en liften en heel stil. Sanitair is aan vervanging toe en niet hygiënisch. De bedden in woonkamer en 1 slaapkamer niet erg comfortabel ( slaapbanken) . Alles een beetje rommelig.
Behalve de huur nog 200! Euro voor schoonmaak, toeristen belasting en beddengoed (4 pers. ) moeten betalen
