This charming apartment is located on the 3rd floor in the historic center of Santo Stefano al Mare and is only 100m from the beautiful sandy beaches of the Riviera dei Fiori and only 10m from the bike path.

The south facing house enjoys a magnificent view over Santo Stefano and the Ligurian Sea.
The apartment consists of a large living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom and two small terraces with garden furniture.

Tolle Wohnung, sehr zentral gelegen, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Der dazugehörende Parkplatz ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt.Die Belohnung für 's Treppensteigen (enges Treppenhaus!) ist der atemberaubende Blick von der Dachterrasse über die Altstadt und das Meer. Vor dem Haus verläuft der Radweg.Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen!

Leiligheten har en fantastisk beliggenhet rett i hjertet av Santo Stefano al Mare.Takterrassene er perfekte for å spise et måltid ute eller kun for å se på havet.Trappene opp til leiligheten er mange og bratte, ikke lei leiligheten hvis du ikke kan gå i trapper.Eneste negative med leiligheten er at både sengetøy og håndklær bar preg av å være utslitt.

Beste Lage in der Altstadt von Santo Stefano del Mare! Der Treppenaufstieg in die Wohnung ist etwas anstrengend, doch der Ausblick von der oberen Dachterrasse macht das wett !!!

Die Einrichtung ist o. K. , diverse Küchenutensilien könnte man erweitern oder austauschen,
