In the resort Campitello, 400 m from the centre of Canazei, in a quiet position, along the wooded area, 600 m from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: central heating system, heating available only from 01.Dec. - 01.May.. In Winter: please take snow chains.
Parking at the house, public parking on the road.
Shop, supermarket, restaurant, bar, café 400 m, bus stop "ski bus" 350 m. Gondola lift 900 m, ski rental 600 m, cross country ski track 150 m. Nearby attractions: Sella Ronda 1 km, Bolzano 51 km, Passo Sella 14 km, Passo Pordoi 13 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Cabinovia Belvedere 1 km, Funivia Col Rodella 3 km, Funivia Doleda 3 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Carezza 24 km, Lago di Fedaia 14 km. Please note: no lift.

Casa fornita di ogni apparecchiatura necessaria (anche forno a microonde) e utensili per preparare i pasti. Utilissimo anche il garage condominiale per mettere al coperto l'automobile.
Cercando il pelo nell'uovo, mancano tovaglia e presine.

We stay there for winter holidays, family with child and grandparents. The parking was available and the access to the slopes is easy to reach. It is also a short walk to the center of Canazei or to the swimming pool. I recommend it!

The house is lovely, with easy check-in and nicely furnished. It’s very comfortable for two families with children, though it may not be ideal for three families, as one bedroom and bathroom are designed for young children. If traveling as two families (four adults plus children), we would be happy to stay here again.
