Die Lage ist außerhalb der Saison sehr ruhig, Supermarkt und Bäckerei mit Imbiss in der Nähe. Jedes Zimmer hat eigenes Bad. Insektenschutz an Türen und Fenstern sehr gut gemacht, schöne Terrasse. Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden, wurde aber nicht genutzt.
Die eine Dusche konnte wegen Gestanks aus dem Abfluss nicht genutzt werden. In der Küche mussten wir die Utensilien erst Grundreinigen, z. B. Zitruspresse, Topf, Geschirr schmutzig und zum Teil kaputt im Schrank, alte Kaffeekapsel in der Nespresso Maschine. Wohnung sah auf den Bildern sehr aufgeräum...

Très bel appartement, soigné. A 800m d'une très belle plage qui descend en pente douce dans la mer. Très pratique : boulangerie, café et épicerie en face du logement ! Endroit très calme, tout en étant proche de sites touristiques ( île d'Elba, Castiglione della Pescaia, Massa Maritima,...) Les moustiquaires protègent très bien le logement des visiteurs indésirables de la tombée de la nuit...

Sono E., con piacere rilascio questa recensione a nome mio e delle mie figlie. Abbiamo passato una settimana all' insegna della vita di mare e del relax, in un alloggio accogliente ed ospitale specchio dei proprietari. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Ciaooooooo
