APTO PINEDA II is a nice flat for 4 people on the first floor without lift. It has a living-dining room with wifi service, fully equipped independent kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a nice balcony where you can relax in the warm summer days. It has a great location as it is only 160 metres from the beach and very close to all services. Definitely a great choice for an unforgettable family holiday.
Pineda de mar is certified as a family tourist destination, ideal for an unforgettable holiday in a peaceful environment. Its long, wide beach offers a wide variety of cafés, terraces and restaurants where you can enjoy a wide variety of Mediterranean food. It has a large number of green squares and children's playgrounds that make it a privileged place to enjoy your family holidays. Pineda de Mar has a train station that runs along the whole of the Costa del Maresme, making it easy to get around if you don't want to use your car. There is also a tourist train that can take you on a pleasant trip around the town of Pineda de Mar and the surrounding area.

- CHECK-IN information service Dear customer, Home Holidays Rentals would like to facilitate your arrival outside the scheduled office hours for the handover of the keys to your holiday home. We offer you the following options
1-Direct check-in to the accommodation: A member of our team will deliver the keys directly to your accommodation. Check-in is from 16:00 to 19:00. This option has an additional cost.
2 -Check-in outside these hours, the additional cost depends on the time of arrival.
- Groups are not accepted.
- HHR reserves the right to apply the amount of deposit it deems appropriate according to the characteristics of the reservation and the occupants of the same.
- Online check-in is mandatory to make the delivery of the keys.
- Payment of the tourist tax is obligatory.
- The booking includes towels, sheets and cleaning.
- Bookings of less than 3 days will have to pay an increase of 80€.
- IMPORTANT: Accommodation only suitable for families.
- Pets are not allowed.
