Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen.
Küchenaustattung (Bratpfanne) könnte ausgewechselt werden, sonst hat es alles.
Leider konnte man den schönen Garten nicht nutzen, da das Gras so hoch war und es so viele Mücken darin hatte, das es nicht möglich war, uns dort aufzuhalten.
Renovierung Bad empfohlen,

Kommunikation Verwaltung super.
Platten zwischen Pool und Terrasse fehlen,
So trägt man zuviel schmutz auf die Terrasse.
Ab September wird nichts gegen die Mücken unternommen.
Die Mücken machen alles kaputt, gemüdliche Abende am Pool unmöglich..
Rasen wurde nicht geschnitten.
Matratzen könten erneuert werden . Die sind durch.

Es war der 1. Aufenthalt in Riumar. Es hat alles super geklappt. Die Finca ist riesig und sauber, das Mobiliar in die Jahre gekommen, aber nutzbar. Der Garten ebenfalls sehr groß, perfekt für Urlaub mit Hund.
