Proximité des commerces et commodités à pied. Navettes pour les stations au bord de la résidence. Remise sur les locations de matériel via Val de Roland. Personnel très sympathique , très agréable et toujours disponible.
Des voisins bruyants mais nul n’est censé ignorer les règles de vie collective…

La piscine trop petite / des réservations de navettes qui ne servent à rien car des personnes montent dans le bus sans réservation et donc grosse frustration des enfants a gérer ! pas d'aspirateur disponible pour le ménage, à l'arrivée, on nous informe que le sauna et hammam sont fermés (pas d'info sur le site avant) alors que c'était une des raisons de notre choix de location, dommage...
